Despite a full order book, the company recently completed the manufacturing and shipment of a batch of precision bearings for export to Malaysia. The delivered products consist of 50 sets of imperial thin-wall bearings, model JG160XP0, which will be used in the feed drive equipment of a large chemical plant in Malaysia. This bearing model features high precision and lightweight characteristics, with specific dimensional parameters of 406.4mm inner diameter, 457.2mm outer diameter, and 25.4mm height. It is specifically designed to withstand demanding industrial application environments. During the production and quality inspection processes, the relevant departments strictly adhered to technical standards, meticulously verifying key indicators such as dimensional tolerances and rotational accuracy to ensure the products fully meet customer requirements.
